Brand New Era

Within the past couple months, I’ve run five 100-mile weeks and focused much more on bodybuilding to great success and done an un-sanctioned 35-miler on my own on Halloween.

Admittedly, I got sucked into politics media, to great regret in that time. But overall I’ve been on a steady incline.

(Progressed my Overhead Squat PR to 135lbs)

I’ve been taking my recovery more seriously. Going to usually 2 meetings online per day. Still going to therapy once per week. It’s amazing how much these do for me. Even when it doesn’t seem like they are, I can tell on the weeks I’m not regular with it.

I’ve probably become the greatest consumer on the planet of kombucha. Drinking typically one large bottle of it per day.

(Sitting with one at the store as I write this.)

I’m sure others would criticize me consuming so much kombucha but it gives me a ton of energy and dare I say enlivens my spirit.

Teaching the HIIT class today, the five exercises were:

  1. Halo->Squat->Press (shoulder mobility, leg strength, upper back)
  2. Cross Body Lunges (Balance, Coordination, Leg Strength)
  3. Bulgarian Split Squat (Legs, Balance, Cardio)
  4. Kettlebell Swing (Lower Back, Arms, Cardio)
  5. Turkish Getups (Coordination, Full Body Strength, Cardio)

In between some of the rounds I threw in surprise exercises like agility ladder and alternating steps on the box.

Finished up with a relay race.

Very fun day.

Today’s Election Day. Praying for the best for this country that I love so much. and in turn for the entire political health of the globe and all therein.

Finishing out some extra miles now- hopefully to reach 110 for the week by the end of the day.

Then it’s time to clean the apartment, get a meditation and some yoga if I’m lucky.

Hope you’re remembering to take care of yourself and the ones you love. Remember to slow down and cherish life. The sweetness of it only really makes itself known when you slow down.

God bless you. Be good.

Drink some type of delicious tea today.

If you can donate, please do so as it would really help keep me going. Thank you!

Recurring Donations make it easier by just being done with it and not having to think about it any more so that would be beneficial for both!

Thank you!

Always remember to train amazing!
